Returns and Refund Policy

You may return all new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund less shipping unless we send you the wrong item. We will also pay the return shipping costs "ONLY" if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item) etc. The product/products need to be in the original packaging and the seal/seals are not opened.

You should expect to receive your refund within 5-10+ business days or so depending on your bank if processed through regular credit card payment and 5-7+ business days if paid through PayPal payments after we receive your package from the return shipper. However, in some cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper which is typically (3 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank or our credit card processor to process our refund request which can vary. So please be patient with us, we will take full care of you here.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Recipient must inspect orders via any truck lines for shipping damage prior to acceptance of the shipment. Visible damage claims must be clearly noted on the delivery receipt/bill of lading as proof the damage or tampering occurred prior to delivery. Such damages must be reported within 24 hours, with documented proof, otherwise claim and/or credit may be denied. To ensure full credit, original packaging, manuals and shipping boxes must be retained for inspection.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may not appear on the shipping quotes page but is usually 3 to 5 business days in the USA and a little longer for the United Kingdom & Canada.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item is automatically calculated. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Please Note: Please have your order shipped to a secure address or held at your postal store for pickup. We will always ship your order "In Full" and once we ship your order we are not responsible for packages that show reasonable tracking information.
